INA225: Which parameters of INA225 is said to precision?

Thanks for you for using the E2E forum. Our current sense amplifiers are mostly designed to measure higher currents with larger supply rails. We currently do not have current sense amplifiers that can measure 20uA accurately. I will direct someone in another group that may be able to better assist. A key question is what voltage rail are you attempting to measure? This may help with the suggestion.

What is your intended application? A circuit capable of measuring 20uA to 1A will likely require multiple gain configurations, especially if you need to accurately measure 20uA currents (which would require accuracy to perhaps 2uA).

I want to accurately measure the current of equipment in standby,and it's about 20uA. At the same time,I want to measure the current in normal,but it don't need accurate.

I would accept the gain configurations,like switching,but measured 20uA current must be accurate.

The INA333 can do this?

If you could provide the following information, it would help us suggest a design for this application.
1. What supply voltages do you have available?
2. Minimum and Maximum current levels to measure
3. Required level of accuracy
4. acceptable burden voltage or resistance (in order to measure current, we'll need to insert a shunt resistor in the circuit)

1. 12V and 24V;
2. Minimum current is about 20uA,max current is about 1A;
3. The accuracy of small current is 0.1uA,but big current is 1mA;
4. Resistance is ok

One further question I should have asked: does this need to be a high-side or low-side current measurement?

Is high-side that the resistance set to supply input?Low-side is set to GND?

I need to be high-side.

Is this high-side sensing the +12V supply or the +24V supply? If possible, could you provide a sketch of your application to give us a better idea of the application? What is the output of this intended to drive? Is this being built into the system it's monitoring supply current for, or is it a standalone system?
