OPA345: self oscillating problem

dear All,

i have a problem with OPA345.

the output is oscillating by self even there is no input or the input=0.

the circuit is as bellow:

what are the probable reasons for?

Hi Ras,

the OPA345 is only stable for gains > 5! You could take the OPA344.
