OPA277: what is differance between OPA277U/2K5 and OPA277U/2K5G4

Hello,

I looking for diffrerance between OPA277U/2K5 and OPA277U/2K5G4 in Datasheet

but, I could not find the meaning of Suffix G4 .

what is mean of suffix g4??

please, Help me.

The G4 suffix is an older designation that was used to identify "Green/RoHS" parts, however now virtually all of our parts are RoHS compliant. The designator is still around because some parts may have some remaining stock, but a quick check of the OPA277 shows TI has no stock of G4 parts.
All of the specifications in the data sheet would be identical.
