OPA363: difference in part numbers

Part Number: OPA363

What is the difference between the OPA363AIDBV and the OPA363IDBV other than cost?

There is nothing in the data sheet that tells me what the "A" in the part number refers to.

  • Hi Craig,

The "A" version has a higher offset voltage. The OPA2363I and OPA2364I have very low max offset voltage (900uV). The A versions of these parts have a typical offset of 1mV and a max offset of 2.5mV.
