TRF37D73: About intermittent operation

Part Number: TRF37D73

Hello support team,

Our customer is studying to use TRF37D73.
And the customer is trying to operate TRF37D73 intermittently.
Therefore, a pulsed Vcc voltage (3.3 V) will be applied to the IC.
    Applied voltage: 0 V / 3.3 V
    Applied frequency: 1 kHz to several hundred kHz
    Duty cycle: About 20%

- Is there no problem with this usage?
- Is there a concern that the output signal oscillates or becomes abnormal during the period when the IC is operating (during Vcc voltage is 3.3 V)?
(We understand that normal output can not be obtained in the transition state where 0 V -> 3.3 V / 3.3 V -> 0 V)

We have another question
Is the transistor in TRF37D73 a MOSFET, bipolar transistor?
What is the material of the gate or base electrode? Is it polysilicon?

Best regards,
M. Tachibana
