I need to evaluate the MTTFd of my equipement and for that I need your help.

The MTTFd is evaluated according the SN29500.

Can you complete the attached file ?

Can you precise the number of transistor contain in the AOP RRIO TLV316IDBV ?

Hi Kai,

Not really, it miss some parameters to evaluate tne MTTFd according the SN29500.

So if you give me the number of transistor included in the TLV316, I can use a generic calculation :

In my design, I use the MC33161DMR2G and the number of transistor is mentioned on the first page of the datasheet.

Other companies may choose to do things a little differently, but the TI policy is that a MIC NDA is required for that information. I'd be more than happy to continue discussing this offline if this information is critical for your work.

Hi Bertrand,

the MC33161 is a very old part and dates from a period when giving the component count in datasheets was rather usual. I even remember an old datasheet from TI which contained the component count.
