Hello,

I have a question about the difference between two TI comparators: TLV3404IPWR and TLV3404IPWRG4 and can not find any specific spec or information on their differences, and it seems that they are using the same spec TLV3404.

Anyway, can someone please help me clarifying the differences between these 2 parts?

it seems that the TLV3404IPWR is largely available on Digikey or mouser, but TLV3404IPWRG4 is not available.

Hello Henry,

The "G4" is the older way to show the device lead-free ("green") content status for older devices that were originally released in "non-green" packages.

Electrically they are identical. The difference is in the package material (mainly leadframe and solder plating).

So the "G4" is the older deice, so order the TLV3404IPWR
