Hello,

I have a little problem with simulating the LMH6624. I would like to use this device for an Butterworth filtter 4th order. The max frequency i want to work with is 1Mhz.

None of my tried applications seems to work so i've broke it down to the beginning and tried some standard non inverting circuit.

The input Voltage is 100mV on 1Mhz.

Why is the simulation going into something like a saturation, vice versa the voltage follower seems to work.. Did i miss something? I have no clue where my mistake could be =( .

I appreciate any help.

Hi Stefan,

if you power the LMH6624 with a single supply voltage, you need to set a DC operating point like shown in figure 56 of datasheet.

Hi Kai, thanks for the fast answer! I've already tried this...and the output was the same as in my uploaded picture. additionally i've set an offset of 50mV to my input signal, because my later signal isn't an AC as well. I read something about an decompensation of the phase shifting, but I think i'm out of that range :/ maybe i'm wrong and that does matter to my application

the values are changed in this file. But ist doesn't work too. I think it has to be something with the Simulation program itself

Hi Stefan,

if you use a single supply voltage, you must take care that the DC operating point is not amplified by the signal gain. So, you urgently need a high pass in the feedback loop, here introduced by C2:
