Hi Team,

What's the output resistance (pin to gnd )of Pin 6? 1.5 ohm?

Hi Lilian,

pin 6 is an open-drain output. When being off, up to 1µA can flow when seeing 12V. This looks like a resistance of 12M. When being turned-on, a maximum output voltage of 300mV can drop at a sink current of 2.35mA, which looks like a resistance of around 128R.

Hi Lilian,

I agree with Kai’s analysis – the output impedance is ≥12MOhm when off; ≤128Ohm when on.
