Hi Anuraj,

then there does not exist a model. Keep in mind, that the TL343 is a very old OPAmp. TI has lots of newer OPAmps.

The model OPA343NA/250 is matching the requirement. Same has the spice model as well. I am going ahead with this part. Do you see any EOL /Obsolete issue with this part.

Anuraj,

There is no danger of OPA343NA being obsoleted any time soon. However, please be aware that there is no similarity between TL343 and OPA343. A former part is on a bipolar, high voltage (30V) process, with GBW of 1MHz while the latter one is implemented on a low voltage (5V), CMOS process and has GBW of 5.5MHz.
