Dear Kai,

It seems the devices here don't have reference.
Please help on suggest high speed comparator with reference.
Because the customer want to use it to monitor the 12V rail.

Kuan,

Is using a comparator with an external reference not desirable at all? Our fastest part with an integrated ref is the TLV4021 (450ns). There are many several faster comparators that require external references if you really need the propagation delay time in the tens of ns.
