MC1458: Input Bias Current vs Temperature.

Guru 10700 points
Part Number: MC1458

Hi team,

I'm looking for figure about 'Input Bias Current vs Temperature' for MC1458 and MC1558.

Could you share these?

And then, how do we find out when we need other figures?

Should we ask E2E?

Sincerely.

Kengo.

  • Hi Kengo,

the input bias current isn't changing very much with temperature, typically. But keep an eye on the full temperature range maximum input bias current specification of datasheet. That is what counts for the worst case, not the typical behaviour.

  • Thank you Kai.
    I understood.
I see on the full temperature range max input bias current of datasheet.
  • Hi Kengo,

Kai is correct - look at the maximum value given in the datasheet table, those are tested values. Plots are typical performance only.

If you have questions about device performance that can't be answered by the datasheet, E2E is the best place to ask. Depending on the request, we can take data and provide a sample plot or look back in our system and see if there is any additional information that can be shared. This isn't always going to be the case, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

    Best,
    Paul
