LM111QML: LM111H/883 and LM111H/883B die

Part Number: LM111QML

Hi E2E,

Our customer would like to confirm if the LM111QML, specifically the LM111H/883 has the same die and material with LM111H/883B which is a previous National Semiconductor part?

Regards,

Carlo

  • Hello Carlo,

Yes, the LM111H/883 is the same National LM111H/883B, which TI acquired when we bought National Semiconductor in 2011.

The "B" indicates the revision of MIL-STD-883 used at the time.   The mil standards previously required that the part be marked with the revision of 883 but that requirement was dropped with revision C, so the part names no longer show the 883 revision letter.
