Unfortunately we do not have a s2p file available for the OPA657 device.

Hello,

I am looking for a file which can be used to find the s-parameters of the circuit. So if the s2p file of OPA657 is not available, can you send some other file of OPA657 which can be used in AWR software of ADS software to find and check S-parameters of the circuit.

Request you to share a link of the procedure which will tell, How to use that s-parameter file.

Hi Aditi,

I have checked and we unfortunately do not have any of the s-parameter supporting files for the OPA657. Because the OPA657 is a standard op-amp with configurable gain, the s-parameters would change for each configuration, so there is not a single s-parameter file that can cover the device function like you would see from a integrated device. We may be able to create one if we can replicate your configuration but even then it will have some variance due to board layout and parasitic variances.
