my customer is asking the Functional Block Diagram such as below which referred from OP07 datasheet.

    Suzuki-san,

    The OPA2277 datasheet does not include a detailed functional block diagram. It provides the less detailed, compared to the OP07, diagram seen below. It comes down to Marketing judgement just how much information about the design is revealed in the datasheet. The OPA2277 has number on innovations incorporated in its design that are best kept proprietary.
