Dear TI sirs,

I need to drive high voltage:10V and low voltage:-5V to the digital pins of deivce.Because the digital instrument of tester I am using only can support the maximum vih(driving high):5.7V,minimum vil(driving low):-1V , I found LMH6321 it seems can meet my requirement.If I would like to put LMH6321 between the tester digital channels and DUT pins.Could you teach me how to use LMH6321?Like force what value to V+/V-/Vin to produce -5V and 10V.And how to choose the peripheral component:resistor,capacitor to form a circuit?I appreciate your help!

The LMH6321 is a unity gain power buffer - you would have more flexibility using an op amp,

Sounds like you want to map a +10V/-5V to a 5.7/-1V swing at the digital tester - is this through a 50ohm matching loss? what edge rates or Bandwidth are you trying to support? Likely the THS3491 will give you enough performance range to handle this.
