LMH6526: Output Current vs Temperature response

Hi Team,

Our customer needs to know the temperature dependencies for output current of LMH6526. If available, the response between currents set and output in line with different temperature values would be preferred.

Do we have this data characterized for LMH6526?

Hello Jejomar,

Sorry for the delay, I was able to obtain sample data for the LM6525/LMH6526 for the output current at each channel (read-1, write-2, 3, and 4) at varying temperatures (+25C, +85C, and -40C). The data is within the excel sheet attached below. The device has passed a Life Test at 125C with the capability of operating at this condition for 1000 hours. You can find the different stress tests and their duration within the qualification summary of the part at this link.
