What would be the ESD HBM rating for the TLE4141AID (also the TLE2141MDREP)

The TLE2141A is a legacy op amp. I searched the TI archives and only found Qualification Reports for the TLE2142, the dual of the TLE2141. The ESD performance should be the same for the single, dual or quad version of the op amp because the ESD cells and input circuitry are the same.
I found two TLE2142 Qualification Reports dated 1991. One indicated the TLE2142 failed 3 kV HBM, and no other HBM results were provided. The other report listed failures at both 3 kV and 500 V HBM, with no voltage levels in between those two. Therefore, the results indicate that the TLE214x family is very ESD sensitive to HBM and CDM (200 V). These results may have been okay in 1991, but would raise concerns if the product were being introduced today.
My advice is to handle the TLE2142 with strict adherence to best ESD handling practices.
