I have a inquiry of Tl054A from my customer.

The question is about internal resistance value R7,8,9 in the figure below.

Would you please provide this information?

Hello Higa,

Figure 26 can be used to determine the resistances. The slopes show source resistance near 220 ohms and a sink resistance near 270 ohms.

I calculated in below refered to Fig26,

SOURCE : R7+R9=(14V-8V)/27.5mA=218ohm (near 220ohm)

SINK : R8+R9=(13V-8V)/20mA=250ohm (270ohm?)

Is my calculation correct?

this is the simplified schematic of TL074:

I think the TL074 and TL054 should not be all too different.
