1)Looking for information on Gallium GaN reference design for
an AC 220 -230Vin to DC 58.8 to 60 V out at 10 Amos and 20 amps for battery pack charging PSU.
Minimal size and weight driven design.
2)Also GaN reference designs for solar boost converter(MPPT if any available)
DC 12 up to 22 Vin boosted to 58.8 to 60 DC Vout with constant current and constant voltage switching as per li Ion charging curve.
3) (optional )GaN step down design for EV Street charging implementation - Type 2, CCS stepped down to 60v DC at 10 amp and 20 amp options. Reference design would have to include any handshake needed etc.
Would be happy to adapt existing design as I've seen 1kw GaN Ti PSU référence designs that do not match my criteria yet with some additional advice could be made to fit with minimal modification. Please advise.
