I Need help, i have a project that specify OP AMP LMC6484AIMX this specific model is hard to find near here, i found LMC6484AIN, in datasheet is not cleary what these last letters represent, does anyone know ?

Probably does not exist anymore, in the BOM cross tool I see this
The IMX means industrial temp range (-40C to 85C) the MX means a PDSO14 package, not having the /NOPB means it is not RoHS compliant
The A usually means a tighter offset voltage test, and up above you see on of those at 1350uV in this search, vs 3000uV for non
If I hit view on the LMC6484AIMX line, actually there is stock for the NOBP with another part suggested suggested as well, Not sure how accurate this tool is.

A-> VOS (offset voltage) @25C (Max): 1350 uV
without A -> VOS (offset voltage) @25C (Max):750 uV or other values
I -> is the letter to common temperature industrial
M or MX - > is to package/pins SOIC
N -> is to package/pins PDIP
