Customer R&D need to know TLV320x series can replcae ADI ADAU1761? and what difference between TAS2521 and TLV320 mini DSP function?

The TLV320x is a discrete comparator and not compatible with the devices you have listed. Unfortunately I’m not sure what forum to forward your request to.

Is it possible you were interested in a different device from TI?
