OPA2227: Part number description

Part Number: OPA2227

Sir,

What is the difference between the part number "OPA2227U & OPA2227UA".

I have ordered the part number OPA2227UA through element 14 and received the same.The received item device marking as "A BB OPA 2227U K 89C4ZQ and bottom is K07056.

Please let us know whether it is OPA2227UA.

Hi Hari,

The "K" to the right of the 2227U marking is the assembly location indicator. The "A" in the upper left corner is the grade marking indicating that it is an "A" grade device. Thus, the top marking indicates that the device is an OPA2227UA.
