TLV9102: About bias current and input impedance

Part Number: TLV9102

Hi,

Could you tell me the Min / Max actual value of input impedance and input bias current @-15~55℃ ?
I understand that the values are not specified in the data sheet.
However, customers need it as reference information for new design considerations.

Regards,
Yusuke

  • Hi Yusuke-san,

Since the input bias current is not a test limit we cannot provide a max value for this specification. However, Figure 13 in the datasheet shows the typical performance of input bias current over temperature. As you can see the input bias current does not begin to start increasing until ~80C.

The input impedance of a device is rarely a concern for a design but can be calculated by the change in common mode voltage divided by the change in input bias current using Figure 12 in the datasheet. Again this is not a tested limit and therefore we cannot provide a min/max value for this specification. I recommend reading "I Need High Input Impedance!" for more information.

    Thank you,

    Tim Claycomb
