TLV3704: TLV3704ID hysteresis simulation/calculation - measurement results difference

Part Number: TLV3704

Hello,

We want a hysteresis comparator with low current consumption for an automotive battery-voltage sense application with 3.0 ON and 7.9V ON switching points.

Our built-up circuit  (se below) given a goog values, but the calculation and simulation has give different result by upper level (OFF; 7.2V instead of 7.9V).

Vref=2.5V, Vbatt= single 3.3V , input Voltage range= 0...36V;  Iquescent= low as possible; maximum values of Resistors= 300k

For reverse input voltage protection is a Shottkx-diode (about 180mV drop)

Our desing and simulation values (up-to 9V input):

Can somebody tell me why is the difference between measurement and calculation or simulation?

Thank you in advance.
