    Hello Dharani,

    The TLE2142M is the dual version of the TLE2141M single. The TLE2142M web page under the Design & Development section lists the Spice models that are available. Use the TLE2141 single model, but place two of the models in your PSpice circuit to represent the TLE2142 dual. You can find the model here:
