Well Osamu-san,
Being a CMOS input, current noise is very low and probably not important in most apps, The datasheet says 2.5fA/rootHz - the model is not showing that, but probably not a problem,
The more important one is voltage noise,going to gain of 1 with no resistors to add noise and looking at the output, way too high, so yes it is there, but erroneo
Hello Uchino-san,
I opened the netlist and it says that the following noise features are modeled:
* INPUT VOLTAGE NOISE W 1/F
* INPUT CURRENT NOISE W F^2
The PSpice User's Guide has a step-by-step on how to do PSpice Noise Analysis starting on Page 351: https://www.seas.upenn.edu/~jan/spice/PSpice_UserguideOrCAD.pdf
All the best,
Carolina
Yep, for some reason I was looking at the spec line of 45nV and reading that as 4.5nV
