ISO124: Single Supply Application

Hello Guys,

Good day.

Is it possible to power this device input section with +24V rather than bipolar -12V and +12V? Does Figure 10 of the datasheet can be used for such application?

Hi Art,

No, the ISO124 needs bipolar supplies on both sides. Figure 21 is closer to what you would need to do to run with a single supply.

Hi Art,

Look at the ISO224, single supplies on both sides of the iso barrier!
