Hi Team.
Could you please tell me the difference between LMV722QDGKRQ1 and LMV722IDGKR?
I think the difference between LMV722QDGKRQ1 and LMV722IDGKR is whether or not you are doing AEC-Q100 testing.
Is this correct?

Hi GK110,
The Q1 in a part number indicates automotive qualification.
Thank you,

Hi Tim-san
Thanks for your quick reply.
I think the LMV722QDGKRQ1 and LMV722IDGKR are the same chip, are they correct?
My customer is considering replacing the LMV722IDGKR with the LMV722QDGKRQ1.
Is there any difference in electrical characteristics?
Best regards,
Gk110
Hi Gk110,
Specifications appear to be the same. Automotive and commercial version devices often use the same die. However, they may not use the same BOM. For example, an automotive device may use a roughened lead frame and gold bond wire whereas a commercial device may use a non-roughened lead frame and copper bond wire. The BOMs are different to ensure the automotive devices pass our automotive qualification process.
Automotive devices may also go through are more strict process flow. They will also go through a different qualification process.
The electrical characteristics may be the same between the two devices but the automotive version typically has a different process flow, BOM, qualification, etc. In general, I would not expect issues using an automotive device for a commercial application.
Thank you,
Tim Claycomb
