Team,
I have a question - Specifically, the datasheet indicates a max input bias current of 35nA. however the Model shows up to 300nA. This is being used as a rectifier, filter, and comparator in a circuit with very high impedance levels. Model based simulations lead to false triggering at hot, which was unexpected based on datasheet table and graphs.
any insight? can you provide some clarification?
Thanks!
Micheal,
The models for TLC27M are fairly simple. The data sheet maximums apply even if model is not fully correct. Would you like a suggestion for a different device with model and data sheet that has lower current? If, yes, what is the supply voltage?
