Hi TI team

We need your help.

We meet a problems with our product.

The device is CAN sensor that read CAN message from the car via electromagnetic  field.

The reading of the CAN happens when we placing  the wires on plane that connected to TP39 & TP40 in the schematic.

We use TLV2624IPW to amplify the signal from the wires of the car and then we send it to the EQ with transceiver.

Some of our costumer reported that some message unread or missing data.

 

Can you please review the part of the amplifier in the schematic?

If you think we can do something to improve the performance it would be great.

    Haim,

    Is there a difference between 125kbps and 1Mbps performance? TLV2624 might not be fast enough, especially for 1M

    How is the antenna placed? This would be critical because can bus wires are twisted and have equal and opposing signals. Receiving both signals would cancel out. 

    Waveforms would be helpful.
