INA333 Single supply

Hello,

I am trying to configure INA333 using single supply (in ltspice) as shown below.

I am trying to use supply(v+) as 3V, vref=1.5V and v- as gnd. Is this the right approach to use INA333 with single supply (say 3V)?

I am not able to simulate this circuit in ltspice. But when I change the V- to -3V and Vref to 0V, it works in LTspice.

Hi Alex,

Yes, you can use a single supply and reference voltage with the INA333. But I believe that the simulation issue is because the models made for our parts are designed for use with TINA-TI and PSPICE and may not be compatible with LTSpice. I have attached the INA333 TINA-TI reference design, with this you can change the gain, supply voltages, reference voltage and input signals. I noticed the same thing. I asked TI for help but they don't support LTSpice. The subcircuit model includes many node 0 referenced elements. These might be a problem if node 0 is not the mid point between the supplies.
