Dear All,

How could I import the SPICE model of LMH5401 into ADS?

I tried many time and failed every time :(

    Hello Jason,

    I believe there is a translation process that needs to be followed, the model is not directly importable into ADS. I do not know the exact differences between ADS and SPICE. I can submit a model request to have the ADS model created, but it can take several weeks. Do you need this soon? Would TINA-TI be sufficient to model your system?

    Hi Jason,

    You may be able to import a pspice netlist of the LMH5401 into ADS using the ADS netlist translator. To obtain a pspice netlist of the LMH5401, first open the model in the TINA-TI simulator, which is free from www.ti.com, and then in TINA-TI go to File->Export->Netlist->for Pispice.

    If this doesn't work then we will have to request an ADS specific model.

    hi to everybody,

    I have the same Jason's problem and unfortunately I need the ads model of the component as soon as possible. I opened the model with Tina and I exported the file but nothing, in ads I always have the same messages of error. Can you help me???
