LMV7231: Resistor Divider for LMV7231

Part Number: LMV7231

The data sheet and EVM for the LMV7231 shows a 3 resistor divider for UV & OV.  For greater precision I'd like to use a 2 resistor divider for UV and a 2 resistor divider of OV with filter capacitors on each.  Please let me know if there are any concerns with this?
