INA826S: output impedance when disabled

Part Number: INA826S

Hi,

I want to know the impedance range of output when INA826S is disabled. It is just said 'high impedance' in the datasheet. During I enable/disable INA826S, I saw glitch on the output. Could tell me how this glitch happens?

Thanks.

  • Hi Di Wang1,

The glitch on the output should be documented in the datasheet in figure 61 and 62. This is an expected behavior of the INA826S coming out of its low-power shutdown mode.

I see no mention in the INA826S datasheet that the output goes high impedance when the device is disabled. Could you point me to where you saw that? I believe that the enable circuitry disables biasing within the amplifier, which wouldn't necessarily ensure a high impedance output.
