Hi Peter,
If you obtained the LT1013 devices directly from TI, an authorized TI distributor, or TI reseller they should be valid TI product. However, if the devices were obtained from another source there is the possibility that they could be counterfeit. TI has a link were the subject is discussed:
Please understand that processing questionable products in the manner requested costs TI considerable money. Therefore, under normal circumstances TI does not provide such services.
If you can capture readable images of the marking on the LT1013 packages topside and bottom side, we might be able to check them. I can't make any promises because marking formats have changed over the decades and the LT1013 has been available from TI for at least three decades.

Hallo Thomas,
we have obtained the LT1013 mounted on a board from our EMS-service provider.
The error is always the same. The second OPAMP is defective. We have 3 LT1013 on this board. The defective one is mounted at one of this 3 places in the curcuit. Not all parts are defective.
In the attachment are 2 pictures (front and rear side) with defective LT1013.
Maybe you can check these parts.
In any case, many thanks for your feedback.
Best regards, Peter
Hello Thomas,
thanks for your feedback!
Our EMS-service provider gets LT1013 from EBV, DIGIKEY and CHIP 1 EXCHANGE.
He can not assign the defective parts to the distributor.
We think, that EBV and DIGIKEY is no problem, but we don't know CHIP 1 EXCHANGE.
Best regards
Peter
