TINA/Spice/TLE2301: No spice model for TLE2301

Hello!

I was trying to simulate a schematic from an old Meter-Bus Application. It can be found on page 10 of this document: http://electronix.ru/forum/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=23960

I was able find the spice models for almost all of the components, but - after searching for a while - the model for the TLE2301 is still nowhere to be found.

Is there some place I could get it from? Does it even exist?

Hello David,

According to our master list of technical collateral, no SPICE model was ever created for the TLE2301. We're in the process of updating old models and creating models for parts that have none, but the TLE2301 is not currently in the queue so it will likely be next year before one is made.

In the meantime, the OPA564 and OPA552 have models available and are in the same ballpark of performance (slew rate, output current, gain-bandwidth) as the TLE2301. You can get a good idea of the overall circuit performance if you substitute in one of those devices.
