Hi Takahiro-san,

θjc(top) for the LM7171 SOIC(D) part is 62.4 ℃/W.
θjc(top) for the LM6172 SOIC(D) part is 52.4 ℃/W.

For both the devices, the θjc(bottom) is not applicable.
