Datasheet of TL527N or SN96527N

Hi Danilo,

  I am looking for any info on this device, but as we had researched it two years ago and could not find anything, it is unlikely we will find something now.  Please refer to this E2E thread:  https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management/f/196/t/751050  (and as suggested here, ask if they have a schematic of the board where this device is used).

I will provide an update tomorrow.

No new information to report.  Please ask the customer for a picture of the device.  there is a small chance seeing the additional part markings could provide a clue as to the device type.

the SN96527 was used here:

Maybe it is similar to the NE527?

Thank you for sharing the Jaeger Alpine document. It seems the TL527N is a comparator but it has 16 pins.

Hello Danilo, 

  We could not find any additional information for the SN96527.  It is most likely a custom-marked part, and therefore any reference to it would have been under NDA only.  From the picture, the device shown has a 1987 datecode, so we're looking for information for a 30+ year old device.
