THS4520 Spice Model in Harmonic Balance Simulation

Hi,

I tried to use the THS4520 spice model in a harmonic balance simulation but it does not converge. The circuit itself seems to be stable and works fine with transient and ac simulations. It also works with harmonic balance simulation using the THS4509. Trying a lot of different constellations, the THS4520 spice model seems to produce the problems.

Are there any known issues using the THS4520 spice model in harmonic balance simulations?
Any suggestions to improve the behavior?
