Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2317, OPA2330
Hello Team,
We are currently using a LTC2055 for an application which is about to go to High Volume and would like to change it for a cheaper op-amp. Vos drift with temperature is critical to our design since the circuit will calibrate out other parameters most of the time, but occasionally will rely on holding a set value for 24 hours over temperature. The OPA2317 seems to meet our desired specs but there is no maximum dVos/dT. We can't go above 0.587 uV over 0-70C range but would prefer 0.293 uV since that is 1/2 bit of our 16 bit DAC.

is a good start but it still needs to know the sigma to calculate the standard deviation. Is there some way of finding this for the OPA2317? We will be needing over a million of them by the time we are through.
Thanks
Simon
