Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM324
HI
I am using LM324 in my application and all four op amps are utilized. Two op amps are voltage follower and remaining are difference amplifier. Input to voltage follower is 15mV. Now in datasheet of LM324 it is specified that Typical input offset voltage drift is 7uV per Degree centigrades and max value specified is 30uV per degree centigrade. Now My Question is whether this temperature drift gets varied for same IC over specified temperature range ? That is if we observe 10uV per Degree centigrade for 20 degree to 30 degree change then will it be same for 40 degree to 50 Degree change ? or will it vary from 7uV to 30uV for same IC?
Also I am using LM324 (Low Cost) ,
Then How can I compensate for input offset voltage drift over temperature range of 0 degrees to 50 degrees??
Please suggest different ways (of course cost effective). I don't want to use costlier op amp ics with less input offset voltage drift. Or can you suggest ICs like LM324 with Low Input Offset voltage Drift but having same price?
