LMP91000: P11 VFEF could connected to positive and negative voltage?

Our project blood gas analyzer intends to use three electrode method to measure the current, want to directly use LMP91000, LMP91000 chip WE/RE to add positive and negative voltage. P11 VFEF is this discipline connected to positive and negative voltage?
