One in particular that may be useful is our FIT/MTBF/DPPM estimator:

For our amplifier products, I don't believe that those numbers can be estimated because we don't do FTA for these parts. The information I linked is for estimating an overall device failure, not a specific failure mode.

thanks for the reply, so as per this calculator the MTBF is fixed irrespective of the device operating conditions ?

No, our assumed device conditions are given (temperature, confidence level, test time, etc.) for the data. After you put in a specific part number there is also a button that says "Derating tool" which you can use to adjust the application temperature.

Hi Siddarth,

I can't comment on the mathematical specifics of FTA because it's not something we use on our team and we don't have any background in it. I did a quick google search and it appears that there are quite a number of materials available on the topic, so I would start there.
