[AM35X] two pieces of NAND flash

 Check wheather chip select is properly enabled and also the gpmc_register setting for nand flash at cs1.

I think that my setting has no problem about GPMC register, because it works normally when I take away NAND flash at cs0.

but when I connect two NAND flash in the hardware,   I will get wrong sector info. sometimes.

You do one thing send me the information of both the nand flashes,

which are connected to cs0 and cs1 and also the sizes of the nand flash.

Even give the pagesizes of the two nand's.

Simon, ensure GPMC_CONFIG registers are initialized for both cs0 and cs1 so that one CS is disabled while you are accessing the other.  You also say that sometimes it works?  You may need to slow down your timings when you have both devices on the board.

Our Nand flash is the same as  AM3517 EVM. (MT29F2G16ABAEAWP)

Its  block size is 128KB, and sector size is 2KB.

one NAND flash is close to ARM, and the other NAND is at another circuit board.

By the way, our GPMC connects three devices, which is NAND1, NAND2, and FPGA.

There are some test results.

1. NAND1 + FPGA: OK  (driver only opens cs0、cs3)

2. NAND2 + FPGA: OK  (driver only opens cs1、cs3)

3. NAND1 + NAND2 + FPGA:
    a. driver only opens cs0 is ok
    b. driver only opens cs1 is easy to get wrong sector info from nand2.
    c. driver opens cs0、cs1and cs2 is the same as (b).

I didn't get one thing, when you take one nand away second works you said.

According to this, I think chip select 0 only accessing your second nand, I don't think you are accessing with chip select 1 for that nand.

One more thing, how you are testing by MMC or Using flash tool or some other method , Let me know?
