AM335X: CPSW in switch mode

Hi,

My custom board using two Atheros AR8035 RGMII for some specif application. I am using kernel 3.12 from SDK7 with some modification. Both Gigabit ports work just fine. My client would like to config the cpsw as a switch mode. I saw some TI's document based on kernel 3.2.

Could you tell me how to config the cpsw as a switch mode under kernel 3.12?

No, Dual Standalone EMAC mode is for two separate Ethernet ports.

Hi,

we are using DM8148 and also wish to use Switch mode
and we have two Board One with realtek phy and another with atheros 8035

with Realtk phy its works just fine.
while with atheros 8035 it works but we see lots of pack loss in ping after 2nd in Daisy chain.

any input ??
