Here is our RS232 to RS485 converter circuit , could you help us to confirm our question
1. The schematic as below, is it correct for UART3 connect to RS485 chip? we use the RTS to connect the REn and DE pin together. is ans issue about it?
2. our customer had measure a waveform as the below link, can you help to explain it?

3. if the RTS pin has wrong connection , how can we fix it without modify any PCB layout?
4. Can we modify our driver that RTS pin can assign as a GPIO pin ?
