PCM2912: USB port recognition problem in win7 system

Hi Sir,

One of our projects used PCM2912 for audio design, but encountered the problem of USB port recognition. The detailed description is as follows:

The audio module can be recognized and work normally on win10 system, but on the win7 system, an unknown device will be recognized and it cannot work.

Can u help to analyze the cause of this problem? I have added the schematic to the below and hope it can do some help for analyse.

Hi Lumina,

It's typically required to have a pull up resistor to VDD on D+ for the device to enumerate with the proper USB speed. Can you try adding this to see if it resolves the issue?
