For low pass filter, what value of cross frequency, could you recommend to design LP filter?

Well, you want to limit out of band noise or unwanted signals . So  for audio for example you don't want anything above 20k.

Hello, I don't know the reason why you are adding the 22uF cap in series with the 10uF. 

Also I assume you added the 47k resistor to help to discharge the caps. I don't have any other comment .
