Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5421-Q1
Hi Team,
Does TAS5411-Q1 have a feature of I2C clock stretching?
I would like to know if it is possible case TAS5411-Q1 drives SCL low.
Best Regards,
Yaita

Hi Derek-san,
Thank you for your reply.
I would like to know if it is possible case TAS5411-Q1 drives SCL low or not.
I believe the blue part indicates it is not a possible case.
Is my understanding correct?
------------------------------------
The TAS5411-Q1 and TAS5421-Q1 support clock stretching.
After receiving some questions related to (but not directly on) this topic, we wanted to clarify this post. The TAS5421 itself does not perform clock stretching. However, if any other device on the I2C bus performs clock stretching, the TAS5421 should not mind since it only uses the SCL clock edges to get data into the I2C register space.
